We absolutely loved our tour of the Weidler apartments! The building is stunning from the moment you walk in—bright, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The units themselves are gorgeous, with beautiful finishes and a layout that instantly feels like home. The amenities are next-level too… everything about the place feels elevated and so well cared for. A huge shoutout to Joy, who was truly the highlight of our visit. She was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming—her enthusiasm for the community is contagious. And the pastries she surprised us with from the café? my partner and i have been living at the weidler for almost a month now. so far, we're very pleased with our new home and thankful to jose, oscar, and joy for addressing all of our needs from signing the lease to moving in and thru our first month living here. leasing team: the current leasing team is communicative -- easily thru email and phone call -- and courteous. i feel taken care of after each encounter. appliances: new, samsung; electric stovetop; standard top freezer fridge; full-size dishwasher and washer/dryer. maintenance: jose is stellar and communicative. he goes above and beyond. garage: stacker system - a bit of a learning curve at first but slowly getting the hang of it. as joy advises, try not to be in a rush. mail & packages: parcel pending locker system and mailbox/key for usps. parcel pending requires $20 fee for use/access and charges $3/day for pkgs left >3 days. i've used parcel pending in a previous building and haven't had issues with it. i recommend setting vacation mode when you're away! gym: on the smaller size but standard, with 2 treadmills, peloton, free weights, and a functional trainer. there are wipes to clean the equipment before/after use. maintenance does a wonderful job keeping the equipment and space tidy. twisted croissant: a lovely part of the weidler. there's something peaceful and pleasant about seeing ppl enjoy coffee, quiet time and conversations, along with smelling the aroma of coffee and baked goods. that's all i have to comment about my stay so far!
