I had issues with my fridge and heating and he had no hesitation to replace them. He has helped maintain this building exceptionally well and very personable and friendly to any needs you may have. 5 stars to him.
The Addy apartment at 18th and Northrup makes it easy to go shopping in the Pearl and have Sunday brunch on 23rd by catching the Portland Streetcar right outside your door, so you can easily get to work or play. On days when you want to chill, you can stay in your beautiful apartment. It has modern finishes and bright, open floor plans that make it feel like you're outside. You can also enjoy the views of the surrounding neighborhoods. The whole building is modern, beautiful, and super secure. With different forms of transportation right outside your door, you can go anywhere in Portland. If you're looking for a new place to stay, I would definitely recommend this location.
