The Yards at Union Station

I toured and placed a holding deposit over a month ago now. I was not approved since I wasn’t within the income requirements, this *according to themselves* makes me eligible to get my holding deposit back. Each time I reach out, I get told that it’s being shipped, wait, I’ll ask my manager, etc. On top of all of this, I looked at other reviews around the time I toured and within a week of each other 2 other current tenants reported roaches with photo evidence. This has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Best of luck to you if this is your last option.

I've been living here for a few months now. I like it, I have not had any problems with maintenance, the office or anyone in particular. Yes the homeless can be a bit chaotic sometimes but it's comedy for me honestly. I like to watch out my balcony and see what they are doing. Yes, I do have roaches in my apartment... Yes, I do buy roach killer and place them around my house. What else can you do?? It's not an infestation and I don't want them to come and put chemicals in my house because I have a cat at home and I care for his health. Honestly this place is not bad. I mean the hallways really stink badly and sometimes I walk past a certain apartment and I think the smell comes from them. However I did ask someone who works here if all the floors stink and he said yes so it's not just the 4th floor. Other than that it's chill. No one messes with me and I haven't been over charged I have a good parking spot. I like it, it could be better but for what it is, it's good. You can't beat that view
