I lived at the Enclave for a year. Here’s my review: Pros: - upstairs and downstairs, it’s so nice to separate living spaces from social areas. - large living room, kitchen, and dining room!! We hosted many events and parties here with ease. - compared to other college places I’ve lived, this place has the most updated and working appliances - two bathrooms and private rooms - spacious showers - pretty quiet, older college people generally are here - ward is great - seriously really enjoyed living here. - Landlord was generally helpful and nice in emergencies (late at night, on weekends, etc.)!! Cons: - cars were constantly broken into. I think someone called the police one time and they said they get like 8-13 calls A DAY about our area of the neighborhood. - things were stolen in and around apartments, SO LOCK YOUR DOORS!! They would only steal things that were easily stolen (aka unlocked things). - parking was a hassle, as there’s only parking for like 1/3 of all the apartments and very little street parking available!! - (Landlord): they told us we could renew, and then went behind our backs and almost sold all of our contracts to someone our Landlord was related to. When we protested, they told us they didn’t know we wanted to renew ?? While we were all looking for other places to stay, they suddenly last minute said they weren’t going to take our apartment and we could renew, but raising our rent over $100 each month. We said “we’re out”. I enjoyed it generally, best and nicest apartments I’ve seen thus far tbh. Would still live there if the above things did not happen lol.
