My husband and I just moved in here and love it! The complex is a five-minute walk from downtown Provo and the shuttle to BYU, also pretty close to the UTA buses. So you can get away with not having a car (lots of people here own bikes). Obviously apartments vary depending on the landlord but we've been extremely satisfied with ours. Everyone gets one covered parking spot, which is super nice for the winter. Only downside is specific buildings can be hard to find since the numbers are not all street-facing, but you get the hang of it.
