The building is beautiful, and the apartments are nice—I really enjoyed the overall look and layout. However, the noise level is a major downside. You can hear your neighbors above you, to the right, to the left—everywhere. The walls, floors, and ceilings are not well insulated, which causes sound to carry easily. I’ve never lived in a place where you could hear surrounding noise as much as you can in this apartment.
Overpriced
Poor management
Would not live here again

I’ve loved living at 400 element! It’s in a pretty walkable area and I enjoy having a gym onsite! The only complaint I have is that sometimes things like gym wipes don’t get refilled for a while, but it’s honestly not a huge deal. My cats enjoy the balcony as well!
