Not worth it. It has some nice perks but I didn’t feel safe here. The fire alarms had lots of issues and would go off randomly. I reported homeless people taking Amazon packages and hanging out in the parking garage and management didn’t care. Then my car was broken into. It’s not worth the issues for the price. I lived here for 3 years, so I have a lot of experience with it. You can find better.

Not worth the price. Every part of the apartment is cramped, the rooms are tiny, the living room hardly has space for the furniture that comes with the apartment, the pantry and fridge are too small for four people's worth of groceries, hallway is cramped and very poorly lit. The biggest part of the apartment is the kitchen and bathrooms, but not by much. The heater and AC also have a very hard time reaching the back two bedrooms. Be prepared for cold nights and hot days in your room while being either heated or frozen out if you venture into the front room. The location is nice, being right across the street from provo library and a uvx stop, and the grounds are fairly well maintained, but that's about it.
If you are moving in here, pack light. Or just don't move here if you have other options. It's not worth the rent (a little under $550 after utilities and other charges), even for a private room.
