Super awesome place to live! Maintenance is always helping out and is super fast! 10/10 recommend! Management is very helpful and willing to listen! They take a lot of time in placing you where you would want to be, and want to make sure you are comfortable! They are very accommodating! People in the office are fun to go talk to as well! I liked that cleaning checks are only 3 times a year and give plenty of notice! If you have a problem, you can go talk to them, and they will come back and recheck it again! Anouther great thing is, Carriage Cove does not have as many fees as other complexes! There are no hidden fees! The last thing is I have always had plenty of parking, and the location is awesome! I have loved living here!

Never had a problem with parking and having a private management company has been great. Issues get fixed within a day and it doesn't feel like they're trying to take money from me at every chance they get. Pay the same rent as I did last year but I have a private room that's even bigger than my shared room at my old complex. 100% the best value contract in Provo.

I’ve lived at Carriage Cove for almost 2 years now, and have lived every minute of it. Management is so nice and truly care about their tenants. The apartment is super spacious, has tons of storage, and is a great price. There is not better place to live than Carriage Cove Apartments

I have loved living at Carriage Cove! The layout of the apartment is amazing. It is very spacious, and if you want a private room, this is a good option. The rooms are fairly big for being private, and you also get your own bathroom vanity as well. The buses are also so easy to use to get to UVU or BYU! I have loved living here!

Carriage cove has been a wonderful place to live. The management is absolutely on top of things; if something breaks they will have it fixed in no time. Parking is a bit expensive ($160/yr) and you aren't guaranteed a spot really close to your apt. All in all, unless you hate your roommates you will love it here.

Carriage Cove is a great place for people who want their own room but don’t want to spend a ton. It has cheap rent and parking. Parking is always available.

Awesome place. Enough parking, private rooms, awesome bang for your buck, but some apartments I’ve noticed are run down, while others have been renovated.

Very quiet but great atmosphere! Love the clean pool and gym. Very affordable especially for private room. Wish that different rooms had different pricing within the unit because some have their own vanity and some don’t. Overall great place to live with plenty of parking and potential to meet friends.

Nice that you have your own room...the place is super dark and the lights are not bright at all...and it is very old and gross even when it is spotless clean. But its comfy and comes with wifi and not too expensive. every semester they raise rent so it gets more pricey. good place overaell. not much they can do socially right now, but its good enough.

I LOVE CARRIAGE COVE! I really feel like it is a steal for private housing in Provo, because it is so affordable! I don't think anyone can go wrong with leasing here. Clarification: The parking pass is actually one single payment of $80, and gas and electricity vary based on how much we use, but $420 is a good approximation.

Super awesome complex! And awesome price for private rooms! Apartment is super large. Complex is a little older and cabinets and small things are dated. But other things are super up to date. Management is super amazing to work with! Overall great complex!
