Provo. This means that our neighbors are countless restaurants offering all kinds of food from all over the world, including ice cream shops and pastries. Peace on Earth Coffee shop is literally on the first floor of the building. We have Covey Theater a block away with different types of shows all the time. We have Velour literally a few blocks away. They host independent bands and also the Filmquest film festival around Halloween time. Speaking of Halloween time, there’s a Halloween music festival that hosts independent bands in October. Year-round, there are several venues that host independent bands. There is also karaoke and latin/country dancing a block away. We have two supermarkets less than 3 blocks away. We have a pharmacy across the street. We have a park about 2 blocks away that hosts the farmers’ market in the summer and a special Christmas market with lights. We are 2-3 blocks away from annual festivals, including the Freedom Festival during 4th of July and Festival Latinoamericano during Labor Day weekend. The cool thing is that the building itself is still very quiet and there’s not a ruckus going on inside. But once you go downstairs there are a million fun things to do without having to drive anywhere. So, this place is perfect for people that love to be social.
