Maintenance at 63 E is incredible. The guy (Leif) in charge is super-dependable and a hard worker--very impressive. I'd hire him for any job he wanted. Office staff is very friendly and accommodating. We really like them a lot! They have really helped us with our uncertain housing/moving situation.

Terrible service, there's no one permanently in the office, people who don't live in the building get into the gym and leave everything messy and broken, if something happens with your apartment they don't fix it, they even take months to "review" it, and the office manager deletes the complaint requests.

Me and my fiancé were stressing so much these past couple of months looking for a place that would fit our needs the best and after much researching we found 63 apartments. Moana was so welcoming and reassuring with all the worries we had. She made it such a smooth process as my fiancé and I are completely new to renting. We were able to find an apartment that fit our budget as well as our living needs. I absolutely hate paper work lol but Moana was very professional and made it an absolute breeze. We understood everything down to the last detail. She indeed deserves a promotion/raise!!! Love my first renting experience with 63 center apartments.

It’s a beautiful apartment! The neighbors are kind and it’s very quiet and generally clean overall. However our unit wasn’t cleaned very well before the allowed us to move in. There are still chips and dents in the paint and on doors in a lot of places, two of the windows latches were broken and so were the blinds on one window, and the kitchen island counter is sort of broken. So it seems like they didn’t do a very thorough inspection or cleaning before letting us move in which isn’t very professional imo. Other than that I like this place a lot!
