Floor planMaintenance at 63 E is incredible. The guy (Leif) in charge is super-dependable and a hard worker--very impressive. I'd hire him for any job he wanted. Office staff is very friendly and accommodating. We really like them a lot! They have really helped us with our uncertain housing/moving situation.
Terrible service, there's no one permanently in the office, people who don't live in the building get into the gym and leave everything messy and broken, if something happens with your apartment they don't fix it, they even take months to "review" it, and the office manager deletes the complaint requests.
