Shelby is the heart of Omni. She creates such a welcoming and positive environment, and you can tell she takes pride in what she does. The apartments are pretty decent and I enjoyed living here, sometimes the office is hard to get a hold of, but the maintenance crew are friendly and nice. Douglass was very nice and helped us repair our kitchen and he made it very easy and quick.
