Shelby is the heart of Omni. She creates such a welcoming and positive environment, and you can tell she takes pride in what she does. She communicates clearly, follows through, and makes sure residents feel supported. It’s rare to find someone who balances professionalism with genuine care the way she does. Omni is lucky to have her!

The apartments are pretty decent and I enjoyed living here, sometimes the office is hard to get a hold of, but the maintenance crew are friendly and nice. Douglass was very nice and helped us repair our kitchen and he made it very easy and quick.

I have a lot to say about this place, and none of it is good. They took an unfairly large amount from my deposit, even though the apartment was in terrible condition. I sent photos as proof, but it didn’t help. The management never solves anything, and the apartment I got was very different from what they showed me. I’m very disappointed, especially for the high price they charge.

If I could give a negative (-10) I would. My daughter has lived there for a little over a year. They never do cleaning checks yet charged her for a cleaning fee? The apartments are not kept up, response time is forever. Still waiting for them to call me back on charges for cleaning fees that was never done. My daughter moved into new apartment hoping it would be better. It was filthy. She cleaned the last appointment before she left and moved into a new apartment that was dirty. Charging for cleaning that was not done sounds like fraud to me. I may be looking into legal action if they do not call me back soon

The move in station was nice and fast. Didn’t have to get out of my car. However, the apartment that we were told would be clean was very messy when we got there. There was stuff from the last tenants and was a pain to clean up.

They've never done a cleaning check while I've lived here, so when I moved it was a little nasty. Lots of dog smell and dog hair in the carpet in my bedroom, there was just a lot to do clean and fix when I moved in. Maintenance comes pretty quick (although they don't seem to really know what they're doing sometimes haha). But it's nice to have my own room, and management has been okay.

Great place to rent for the price. College student looking for private room boarding? Look no further, the Omni provides quality housing that provides comfortable living at a good price. The management is fantastic and quickly respond to all maintenance requests.

Nice place to live. Nothing too fancy, nothing too bad either. Pretty average. There's technically a hot tub, but it hasn't been working since I've lived here. They sent out an email saying they're working on it though.
