Horrible rental facility; if you actually enjoying being respected and not losing all your money to grey area “rules” DO NOT RENT HERE. Poor communication with both tenants and office staff; I’ve been told 2-3 very different things by multiple different office workers. Management makes up rules that fall in a grey area and bullies tenants into compliance; we’ve had unexplained charges and fees and when asked about it we get told someone will call us back or they’ll look into it with no resolution. Constantly tris to overcharge rent or has an incorrect ledger. They double charged us rent, we called every day for a week prior to rent being due to have them fix our ledger with no resolution. Then they charged us a fee for not paying 2x our normal rent despite them being unable to fix it for us despite multiple assurances that the people would be fixed by the time rent was due. Office hours are never accurate- they claim they stay open till 5 but on a number of occasions I’ve been there at 3-4 and the office is closed with no explanation. The units are small and outdated for what they charge, we had a floor board coming up. . Maintenance is very slow to respond but are very good at fixing the problem the first go around; you just have to actually get them to respond to you. The “dog park” is a hazard and honestly should be taken down, it’s located on 3 very steep hills with maybe 8ft of flat land; don’t take you or your dog there if you have joint or stability issues. Tenants aren’t all not held responsible for picking up after their dogs. In the 1 year I’ve lived here I’ve stepped in more dog feces than growing up with 3 dogs.

The apartment was not clean on move in day. You’re delayed moving in by four days. We asked for a credit of four days as per the lease, but it was denied. We moved out in May 20 25 and still in December 2025 we have not received our deposit back. I do not recommend this place at all.

This place is awful, run down, very noisy, dog poop everywhere. We got talked to for not picking up our poop once, but you can’t walk anywhere on the grass on the property without almost stepping in poop. Also got noise complaint notices for noise that wasn’t even being made by us. Huge gap in the door so also had a super high electric bill, especially in the winter. I have also been waiting on my deposit and I moved out May 31st. It was lost in the mail twice, but I let the office know immediately when both checks weren’t delivered. I’ve checked multiple times with the post office but was told since they don’t give tracking numbers when they mail the checks I’m basically out of luck if it gets lost. The community manager is awful as well, hardly any communication with me in the process, won’t respond to emails. I’ve sent multiple emails requesting updates and have gotten two response emails, the last one being August 25th. Zero professionalism. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This was great place to live. Good people, nice for pets, nice little spot in Pullman near the airport and hotel without any hassle.

edit: added photo of what it currently looks like as of August 2023 The unit was not cleaned well even after they had an additional 2 weeks from the lease date to clean it( cat hair, kibble,etc, they couldn't be bothered to vacuum). The property is in constant disrepair, 5+ times they had to shut off the water for repairs. Cheap flooring, gunk kept coming up from the seams(photo). Did not get back the full security deposit even though it was thoroughly cleaned (unlike how it was when moving in). Also, you could see all the drywall patching they had to do since they were too cheap or too lazy to put in doorstops, so I installed doorstops myself. Overall, you can find better places cheaper (930+ for a 1 bed), only go here if you really need a place that's pet friendly.
