Floor planI really enjoyed my time here, there's lots to love about this place. Living right on Colfax can get a little dicey at times and it's annoying to pay a trash fee when most of the time they wouldn't even pick it up, but all-in-all good amenities, reasonable pricing, and lots of memories made.
I had the pleasure of speaking with one of your leasing managers regarding the challenges of the transfer process and ways to combat the struggles my daughter was facing to do so. Her cheerful personality & excellent customer service was highly appreciated during that difficult time. The time she took to address our concerns & answer our questions needs to be highlighted! I respect her time during the transition of tenants. Since I live in Maryland and only flew in to assist my daughter with her move, I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience.
