Stay away from the Bungalows, that is my advice. My experience was unpleasant to say the least. Way overpriced, pool and dog park are too small, and too basic for what they charge. The traffic in this location is also horrific. The worst part of my experience however, was that they kept my deposit and continued to charge me after I moved out. I left the apartment in perfect condition yet they charged me a $250 ‘cleaning fee.’ I have pictures to prove that I left the apartment clean. The cleaning fee was not necessary. They even did a walkthrough with me and indicated that I would get my deposit back. Weeks went by and I called them to inquire the status. Karla in the leasing office was very unhelpful. She could give me no information and never followed up. Then a few days later, I get another bill for $165. When I went to pay the balance, their website was not accepting payments. So guess what they did? They sent me to collections. This place will bleed you dry. Stay away!

Lived there a total of 5 years. Years 1 and 2 were awesome. Loved it. But after that they kept raising prices which I understand but they became aggressively restrictive. So bad until my wife and I couldn’t stand living there. Parking is horrible, Front office ladies were the absolute worse, way over stepped their roles. Had to call the owners a couple times to correct them. In all honestly this place could be one of the coolest complexes to live in Reno but since the management/new owners or who ever started making the rules are so horrible I do not recommend moving there to anyone.

My husband and I moved into The Bungalows in 2020. For the first two years, it was wonderful—we loved the dog park, the walking path around the neighboring community, and the peace of being away from the city. Unfortunately, once new management and office staff took over in year three, everything went downhill. They seemed to care more about appearances than about residents’ quality of life. Simple, family-friendly activities were banned—no Christmas decorations, no sidewalk chalk for kids, no real sense of community or holiday spirit. It felt like all joy was stripped away. Meanwhile, the property itself was poorly maintained. Fences were broken, trash piled up, and the ponds smelled so bad that we stopped walking the complex with our dogs. When our dishwasher broke, it took over five months to get it replaced. The most concerning issue, however, was safety. Crime increased significantly, and there was even a suicide in the apartment next to ours. Management insisted the odor did not affect our unit, but it absolutely did—we could smell it inside our apartment. Their lack of care and denial was unacceptable. Overall, this place became unlivable. The decline in management, maintenance, safety, and community made our last years there extremely disappointing. -1000/10 — I would never recommend living here.

I have lived here since 2019. The neighborhood is quiet, which is nice. Every unit has a one car garage, which i love. The maintenance guys take care any issues pretty quickly. Snow gets plowed in the Winter. The only complaint I have is that some of the tenants don't take care of their units, and the leasing office doesn't really do anything about it.
