I absolutely love living here.it's truly a great place to live, and the property itself is beautiful and well maintained. The staff here are amazing and always so helpful whenever I need anything. Every interaction I've had with them has been positive and professional.
I especially want to mention Jamie,Hannah and Cheyenne. They have all been incredibly kind, patient and supportive.Tjey always go out of their way to help and make sure residents feel taken care of. Their friendliness and willingness to assist really makes this community feel welcoming.
Because of my experience with them,I honestly don't understand the negative reviews. My experience has been the complete opposite. The team here has done nothing but be awesome, and they truly care about the residents.
Overall, I'm very happy living here and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful community with a great staff that genuinely tries to help.

My time living 5+ years at The Lakes at Lemmon Valley has been a very positive experience. The buildings are very energy efficient and approximately only 5 years old.
Although the staff have all been extremely helpful, and maintenance has been quick and performs flawlessly.., I wish to give a special thanks to Ms. Jamie Vincent for her kindness, consideration, and professional conduct and pleasant demeanor.

Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere do not give this property your money.
I took good care of my unit and still received a full repaint charge upon move-out, along with other exaggerated “damages.” The unit showed only normal wear and tear, which is expected after living in a residence for a few years and is not permitted to be charged under Nevada law. I have clear video evidence showing the unit was left in good condition at move-out.
I also spoke with another former tenant who experienced the same issue, which suggests to me this is a recurring practice rather than an isolated incident.
Important warnings for anyone considering this property
- Expect to be charged for a full repaint at move-out, even if the unit is well maintained.
- Document everything with photos and videos before moving in and moving out.
- Management charges for normal wear and tear, which is not permissible under state law, and refuses to remove those charges when challenged.
- Management refuses to allow a move-out walkthrough, preventing tenants from addressing or disputing alleged issues in real time.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would strongly advise future tenants to avoid this place.

I myself am very happy and satisfied here at the Lakes at Lemmon Valley. Also with the unit that I am in. I have been here 2 years and will extend my lease again. The people that work in the office are friendly and helpful. Jamie has always been friendly, kind and helpful to me, so I really have to wonder about some of the other reviews. She is very personable.
The people that live here all seem to keep to themselves, which I like.
All of the maintenance people are friendly also. They all work hard and do all they can to keep the place clean and nice. The rent is very fair and I'm well satisfied.
I say if you're looking for the negative you'll find it but if you're looking at the good and positive aspects, you'll see them too.

Go the opposite direction of this place. Every bad review is true and the better ones are written by employees to boost their rating. The management, amenities, and landscape are a complete nightmare. Let's start with the worst one, management. The people who work in the office are unfriendly and condescending. The best person was Christa, former leasing agent, who management bullied and fired. The leasing manager, Jamie, talks over you and lies straight to your face. Since we are younger, she assumed we could be bullied. When we made a formal complaint, they cc'd her into the email and backed her completely. Don't waste your time and energy on this place. The fact two 20 year olds could ruin her day, simply by walking into the office says everything. The amenities are very nice, however, are constantly closed due to maintenance or other issues. All amenities we paid for were closed the entire spring and summer until further notice. They sent out an email and said "Unfortunately, someone within the community decided to send out a complaint to the Health Department. The Health Department came today and told us we are not allowed to open for the weekend or else they can permanently revoke our pool permits." They don't take responsibility and will blame it on someone else. When I moved out, they were still closed. The last thing, there is dog feces absolutely everywhere. They don't clean the bins, so bags of dog feces fly around and end up at your door or patio. Maintenance walked past these multiple times and didn't pick them up until we emailed management, which turned into a situation with Jamie as well. She said "we aren't responsible for picking up after you..." when it's on record we don't have a dog living with us. Once she saw it was off our "patio" she sent maintenance to clean it up without apologizing or acknowledging her wrongdoings. Additionally, we got in trouble for a dog slipping out of a leash, but saw dozens of dogs off leash after the fact. The grass is completely dead and only certain parts get watered. The "lakes" are either dry or mosquito infested puddles that are an eye sore. The flooring inside the apartment was poorly done and had spots missing. If I could give zero stars I would. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
