I absolutely love living here.it's truly a great place to live, and the property itself is beautiful and well maintained. The staff here are amazing and always so helpful whenever I need anything. Every interaction I've had with them has been positive and professional. I especially want to mention Jamie,Hannah and Cheyenne. They have all been incredibly kind, patient and supportive.Tjey always go out of their way to help and make sure residents feel taken care of. Their friendliness and willingness to assist really makes this community feel welcoming. Because of my experience with them,I honestly don't understand the negative reviews. My experience has been the complete opposite. The team here has done nothing but be awesome, and they truly care about the residents. Overall, I'm very happy living here and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful community with a great staff that genuinely tries to help.

My time living 5+ years at The Lakes at Lemmon Valley has been a very positive experience. The buildings are very energy efficient and approximately only 5 years old. Although the staff have all been extremely helpful, and maintenance has been quick and performs flawlessly.., I wish to give a special thanks to Ms. Jamie Vincent for her kindness, consideration, and professional conduct and pleasant demeanor.
