For the most part, we like it here very much. Generally, it is very quiet day and night. As Seniors, we really appreciate it all. Most of our neighbors are quiet and pleasant. There is one, however, that likes to do his own thing weather breaking a rule or not! I know office personnel are aware, however it changed for a very, very short time and now has gone back to the same old thing. It's not very pleasant to witness. Can not look out our patio door without seeing multiple tarps and water bottles on the 2 cars that are parked right in front of our apartment! Wish that would be remedied! Sometimes, when they are expecting snow, they will put ice melt on the sidewalks to prevent icing, this same neighbor sweeps it off the breeze way and sidewalk in front of our building! Wish these things could be taken care of!

Rules don't seem to apply here. Building 29 is using a BBQ weekly which I thought was prohibited. My very nice neighbors are moving because their upstairs neighbors are so noisy -which I know it's true because we can hear them over our Tv frequently and we are across the breezeway. My lovely neighbor in front keeps putting food out for the animals which looks so ghetto. Parking lot is half covered in gravel and Rock from the landscape. There seems to be zero pride from management. Sad

Current resident here and I would advise to steer clear of this complex! It’s ran by FPI mgt which is usually a pretty decent company but the manager they have for this complex is terrible and unprofessional. Good luck trying to get ANY work orders done in a timely manner. Scheduled for my dishwasher (which had mold) and sink disposal to be fixed only to get ignored for almost a month for them to come and do anything about it! When the dishwasher was replace it did not even turn on. Sink disposal was “fixed” only for it to leak and flood less than a week later. Absolutely fing ridiculous. Then you are blamed for not granting them permission to enter. Why am I letting someone enter my home and privacy? When they should call in a timely manner after a work order is placed to schedule the appointment. Would give 0 stars if I could! Don’t move here! Will be contacting FPI Mgt directly. Not to mention, I just had a newborn and can’t even use my own sink to wash and sterilize my baby’s bottles without my whole kitchen being flooded.

Great place to live starting off! We moved here from Hawai’i. Danielle, Amber and Wendy were awesome for the 4 years we spent there. We moved out after purchasing our first home. Would strongly recommend if you need a place to start off!

Unsatisfactory service from Management and office staff. Apartments are ok, some areas look dated. Will over charge you for things and overall unpleasant experience. I have stayed in 5 different apartment complexes in Reno and this is by far the worst one.
