Floor planI don’t like that you force tenants to subscribe to your choice of cable and internet providers, which requires us to close out our long standing accounts with our chosen providers! I have to question as to whether or not it is a violation of the consumers rights!!
I had emergency surgery for pancreatitis and was forced to a hospital bed and missed 15 days of work the equivalent of $3000 in missed revenue all during the holiday season. When I got out, asked the office for help, none was given, but told I had till the 31st of the following month before eviction notice would go up. I got an eviction notice on the 9th giving me 7 days to pay or leave. There’s other ways they could handle this and still have the same payments by the end of the lease, but this place doesn’t care if you have an unfortunate situation and no help, they want money immediately and they will ruin your history over 9 days late.
