Would not recommend Somerset Apartments to anyone. I can see why someone desperately sold their contract on facebook. The management is not horrible but not great and takes ages to respond or address anything. It took them three weeks to transfer my application when I bought someone's contract they were selling. The apartment was infested with cockroaches and while management sent pest control, it took too long and they hardly did anything. Don’t be fooled by the pictures, the apartments might be updated but the kitchen is old and falling apart and rotting with moisture and cockroaches, and not to mention not enough room for 6 people to share. The parking lot is horrible if you have a car. The clubhouse has a lot, a gym, kitchen bigger than your entire apartment, and a nice entertainment area but that is the only plus to the apartment. The laundry room is always dirty and crowded and most of the washers have mildew in them. The apartments are smaller but I have paid less for bigger or similar layouts, Redstone residential honestly is just greedy and overpriced, with application fees the same as the deposit it’s self and a tons of unnecessary fees. Save yourself money and mental health and don’t live here.
