There was not enough parking at the beginning of the semester so I was unable to get a pass. When a spot eventually opened up, I had to pay the entire $125 fee even though I only got to use it for half of the semester. It’s a nice place to live other than that
My first 2 semesters living at UV were great! This semester has been awful:( my apartment flooded a week before the end of the semester and the onsite manager brushed it off like nothing had happened:( Maintenance is WAY better then management:) I wish I hadn’t signed for this next spring semester. I would recommend choosing somewhere else to live if you want to have good management who will care about your needs:)
