Moved in a few months ago and have loved living here! Love the amenities and how clean everything is, and the location is great. The management team is super friendly and helpful - and have to shoutout Claire who was my leasing agent and was so supportive throughout my entire process of deciding which apartment I wanted, getting all my questions answered, and throughout move in! Review for Claire 5/5 – Caroline Eastside Apartments 4/5 I moved into Caroline Eastside on August 1, and while I really like the apartment itself, what I appreciate even more is the amazing team working here—especially Claire. She is by far the most responsive and helpful leasing agent I’ve ever met. From the very first day, she was always available, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we got exactly what we needed. You can tell she truly loves her job and helping residents. Unfortunately, I’ve had a few issues with packages being stolen (three times from Amazon and Costco deliveries), which led me to install a camera at my door. Despite that, my overall experience has been positive thanks to Claire’s professionalism, kindness, and dedication. She’s a big reason I enjoy living here.

I've lived here for a little over a month and absolutely love it here! First, Claire made the leasing and move in process so smooth for me and made sure that all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. The entire office staff and maintenance team are so friendly and helpful. My favorite amenity so far has been coming down the clubroom to study or work from home. Plenty of seating and amazing coffee when I need a little pick me up!
