The gym facilities are outstanding - not just a token amenity, but actually well-equipped with quality machines and space that rivals dedicated fitness centers. What really sets this place apart is their responsive management team that handles service requests with remarkable speed, often resolving issues within hours rather than days.
Not sure why this place has such a low rating, but it is one of the best apartments I have lived so far in Dallas! Management: Great, the service guy comes same day or within 1 day of when you put a work order. Ammenities: Top-notch! They have volleyball, pickleball, tennis, basketball, table-tennis, squash, yoga, gym, pool to name a few all within the same complex. Cleanliness: The community is well-maintained and always very clean. Space: The apartments are spacious, having enough space in the living room, bedroom, closet. Highly recommended for anyone looking to move in Richardson area!
