I've been thoroughly impressed with this apartment complex for several key reasons. The gym facilities are outstanding - not just a token amenity, but actually well-equipped with quality machines and space that rivals dedicated fitness centers. What really sets this place apart is their responsive management team that handles service requests with remarkable speed, often resolving issues within hours rather than days.

Not sure why this place has such a low rating, but it is one of the best apartments I have lived so far in Dallas! Management: Great, the service guy comes same day or within 1 day of when you put a work order. Ammenities: Top-notch! They have volleyball, pickleball, tennis, basketball, table-tennis, squash, yoga, gym, pool to name a few all within the same complex. Cleanliness: The community is well-maintained and always very clean. Space: The apartments are spacious, having enough space in the living room, bedroom, closet. Highly recommended for anyone looking to move in Richardson area!

Donot fall for the flashy photos online! its just bad community who give service only inside your house. Outside in the community they just don't care! There is dog poop and pee all over. Infact inside the buildings too! I mailed them several times yet no response. Also the people that live here seem to be uncivilized with their pets!!

My son and I have had a great experience living here since 2017. The location is extremely convenient close to everything we need while still being quiet and comfortable. The front office staff is always friendly, professional, and responsive, making communication easy and stress-free. Maintenance has been outstanding as well; work orders are handled promptly, and the team is courteous and efficient every time. Overall, this community is well-managed and has truly felt like home to us. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.
