Parkside is such a great place and so welcoming, with a wonderful community. Susan and Tony are the sweetest people ever and were so helpful with any problems I had. Their staff is amazing too! I will truly miss them. I would definitely recommend Parkside to anyone who’s looking for a townhome or home to rent.

From the moment I moved in, I felt a strong sense of safety, comfort, and peace of mind. The entire community is well-maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and the on-site team is made up of genuinely kind and professional people. Service requests were handled quickly and efficiently, and both the move-in and move-out processes were seamless. Everything was easy and straightforward thanks to the friendly and responsive staff. A special shout-out to the manager — someone who truly treats you like family. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure any issues or concerns were addressed with care and urgency. It's rare to find that level of personal attention in a rental community. If you're looking for a safe, welcoming, and well-managed place to live, I highly recommend Parkside Towns. It was more than just an apartment — it felt like home.

We lived at Parkside for 3 years and loved it. The only reason we left was because we bought a house. The community is safe and quiet, we were never worried about our home or safety. The office staff knows tenants by name and checks on you often, and they host fun events frequently where you can get to know your neighbors. Maintenance responded quickly and were always polite and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to move.

My last day at Parkside will be on Sunday and it sounds dramatic but I’ll be mourning. Due to a set of unforeseen circumstances (you plan, God laughs, they say) I’ll be moving back to Boston for a little bit. That being said, I leave Parkside and Richardson knowing that my time here has been absolutely wonderful! Susan, Tony, and Jose to name a few have been truly phenomenal from their customer service to their professionalism. Every maintenance request I put in was taken care of within a day — sometimes even on the same day. The grounds are clean and the area quiet. Neighbors are friendly and not too overwhelming. The staff goes above and beyond to show they care about you feeling safe and at home here. They throw monthly events to bring the community together. And you simply can’t beat this location!! The neighborhood is quiet and I never once felt unsafe living as a single woman. I’m moving on to a new chapter but I will forever treasure the time spent in this one. Thank you, Parkside, for helping make my last year in Dallas (for now) one of the best.

The community itself is wonderful, offering a peaceful and welcoming environment. Management goes above and beyond to foster a sense of community by organizing fun weekend activities, such as free bubble teas, pizza nights, and other engaging events. It truly made the place feel like home. Overall, if you're looking for a great place to live with excellent management and a vibrant, supportive community, this is the spot. Highly recommend!
