The staff at the complex are such a breath of fresh air, especially Sonja Burns. When I say she has come in clutch in so many different ways for us and not just us, but other residents, I mean it. Her ability to calmly troubleshoot our concerns without fail makes me so happy to be here and not anywhere else with things coming up always during these unprecedented times. People can seldom say that about their property manager staff and I’m glad I am one of those who can. She is just the kind of individual that makes you believe there is still good in this world and that kindness goes very, very far. We couldn’t be happier here at Reserve :)

The Reserve is an excellent place to live! The staff that operates the property is phenomenal, not to mention you have direct access to the nature preserve, and many amazing restaurants down the road. Alvena is a wonderful leasing agent who helped me tremendously. Highly recommend

Great Leasing experience from the beginning to move in. Alvena went the extra distance to help us find our perfect home. Jessica is a solid property manager, and that makes such a big difference. The apartment is beautiful. They fixed any issues quickly and well. We even have a little yard. Glad to call Reserve at Spring Creek our new home.

My SO and I really enjoyed our time at the Reserve. Our unit was in great condition upon move in and we LOVED the walk-in shower, very spacious and visually appealing. For the property's location, you can't beat the access to trails/nature. The office was always helpful and responsive for maintenance requests/general needs. The amenities are upkept well and actually add value to the property, instead of being underutilized like most places. Valet trash and the abundance of pet clean-up stations were also big positives. Prior to moving in we had toured several properties in the Cityline area and were glad we settled at the Reserve. This was my second time renting from a Bell Partners property and I've had good experiences with both. Would recommend.

From day one of my move-in, I've appreciated the consistent level of service and maintenance provided. Several aspects of my stay were noteworthy, including the carefully chosen appliances, convenient electric socket placements, and the overall construction quality. The stainless-steel kitchen appliances and washer/dryer were in excellent condition and performed well. What sets Reserve at Spring Creek apart is their dedication to exceptional service. The management team consistently goes the extra mile to promptly address residents' needs. Maintenance requests are handled with care, ensuring timely resolutions. I must highlight Matt, one of the leasing agents, for his professionalism and efficiency. Matt's courteous assistance has truly enhanced my leasing experience. Whether it was questions about apartment amenities or paperwork assistance, Matt was always ready to help with a friendly attitude. In summary, Reserve at Spring Creek earns a solid five-star rating for its quality apartments and commendable service.
