The Pradera

Lived there for a year and initially it was good but once the rain storms hit in December 2024 there were roof leaks in the guest bedroom. I also found that the living room had leaks prior to me moving in. The room sat unlivable for multiple months with water intrusion. After a month they attempted to fix the roof the first of 2 times where after they came and painted over the stains on the wall and called it a day. Rain came again and so did the leaks where the room sat until another roof repair was attempted again after another multiple weeks. The room repair was again just to paint over it until I voiced concerns that it seemed like the walls were actually developing mold and that the carpet was never replaced. They finally came back and replaced all of my carpets as well as replaced some of the drywall. Renter beware.

We have lived here many years and over the last couple of years we have had the privilege of working with Kolten and Susan. They have been absolutely wonderful addressing all of our needs and more. Susan is more like a friend than an employee of The Pradera. She is personable, helpful, just absolutely lovely. Living here feels like home and we hope to stay here for many years to come.
