Way to go!!! I’m very impressed with how smooth and easy the entire approval & move in process has been with Trellis Canyon Creek. I work a very hectic schedule, when I get off they are closed but they worked with me and was able to accommodate me to get everything complete and I really do appreciate that. I definitely want to acknowledge and thank the professional leasing member- Kadajah Mansaray. This young lady was very kind, empathetic, accommodating and personable which made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process. I just wish they would NOT have implemented this new tow policy, this property was selected due to them NOT having a towing company that harassed tenants. I’ve lived on a property before that allowed the tow company to take tenants cars so I made sure to select a home that supported tenants. Only to find out they now allow tow trucks to take cars if not registered. I highly recommend everyone to do their homework when looking for a new home in Richardson area.

Highly recommend, especially if moving stresses you out! I moved in just under a month ago and I’m extremely happy with my unit/space and the property. My agent was Kadija, she held my hand the entire process from application to touring to all my present day questions. She was really transparent and patient with answering all the questions I had before moving in, and I received 1month free rent for signing my lease. It’s a peacefully quiet area with a lot of convenience to places I need and want to go. I feel really safe here :)

I really love the apartment areas, and environment. As i am student, its safe and convenient. And mostly i love Kadija who is a leasing consultant. She is very good and kind in nature. I never find such a beautiful soul who makes her client very much comfortable. Apartment amenities and facilities are very nice and taking care well and organized. Highly recommended to come here.

I moved to Trellis Canyon Creek in the beginning of January. Let me start by saying I'm very comfortable with the apartment. Despite its small size, the space is used very efficiently, making it feel more spacious than one would expect. All the appliances, countertops, wall and floor tiles, sinks and other structures are new and have a nice modern feel. The natural lighting is good within the apartment as other reviewers have noted. The premise is quite clean, and is in an area with access to many different places. I also want to give a big thank you to both Kadija one of the leasing professionals, who helped me lease the apartment, and was helpful and patient with all my questions and requests, as well as Sandy, the property manager, who has been attentive to all my concerns and needs since I came. I've run into a few issues, but they are always quick to make sure that my concerns are addressed, and invest energy in making sure residents are comfortable. Thank you also to Brian, and everyone else who has assisted me on the maintenance phone line, and validated my concerns. Lastly, I moved to this apartment from a different city within the span of a month. It would have been difficult to allocate time to come see the property before leasing, and so the fact that other reviews were consistently high was very useful in helping me make a decision about wanting to live here, and then working with Kadija helped me move in a timely manner. The one thing that others may want to consider, is depending which unit you get, you may hear the highway traffic from your apartment, but that's a matter of personal choice. All in all I'm happy to be here :).

I’m a new resident at Trellis Canyon Apartments, and I’m already so impressed with this community! From the moment I arrived, the staff has been warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They’ve made the move-in process smooth and stress-free, which I truly appreciate. The property is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The landscaping is always neat, and the entire place feels safe and peaceful. My apartment is cozy, updated, and comfortable — a great place to come home to after a long day. Even as someone who just moved in, I can already tell this is a well-managed community with friendly neighbors and a great atmosphere. I’m excited to call Trellis Canyon home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and caring apartment community!
