how these rankings workupdated monthly

These badges come straight from verified reviews on Find My Place, left only by people who’ve actually lived here. Each month we score every place in the market, and the highest-rated earn a spot. Rankings shift as new reviews come in, and we never take payment to move a property up.

the gist Reviewers say this older complex offers decent value with management that responds quickly to maintenance requests and recent amenities. Some praise the pet-friendly policy and reliable appliances, but others report significant inconsistencies: some units are renovated while others show water damage and mold. A few describe pest problems management reportedly didn't address.AI-generated from student reviews

A nice quiet place to live. The gym was a good recent addition. Parking is significantly better than my old apartment. Rent is decent for Provo.

We've really enjoyed living here! Our apartment is nice compared to a lot of options for the price in Provo. Our heat and AC have worked perfectly as have all of our appliances. It's pet friendly and was very accommodating when we got our dog. The married student ward is amazing if you are in that demographic! The on-site managers and maintenance staff have been very helpful and responsive. Overall we haven't had any issues in the time that we've lived here, and it has been much nicer that some of the basement apartments we toured when we were looking for a place.
