Genuinely amazing that somewhere in Sacramento could be this quiet, spacious, and still be at a good price. Mary the Manager is fantastic, repairs are immediate, and the neighbors are always kind. Tons of parking, gate that works 99% of the time, and its got a pool. Ended up being a great spot for us for 4 years. Frankly, worth it for the land manager alone. Request a tour or come speak to her and you'll get it.

I have been a resident of 382 Park Fair Dr , Sacramento California for 3yrs and I love every single minute of my town house. I would like to point out just a few things that I believe are important things to me. 1. Safety - this community is in a gated area. Children are safe and protected. 2. We have a swimming pool; gym; conference room , dog area. 3. The Property Manager is very friendly and helpful. When you call for a problem or anything that needed to be fixed they are always there. Whether it's my dryer oven, or air-condition; it does not take long. I will surely miss their service 4. Neighbors are very friendly, we watch over each other; exchanging foods and have very good relationship. 5. You will not hear any yelling or shouting nor any argument. Our places are all soundproof and quet. 6. You rarely see people sitting around aimlessly or roaming around in the property. There is nothing to be afraid of 7. I would like to recommend this place to those who are looking for a safe place to move into.
