Just moved in, it's been a good experience. Everything was quick and easy. I had to submit a ticket for my AC and Gustavo was very thorough and made sure it was working properly. He even had looked at my refrigerator after a ticket had been closed. He definitely went above and beyond.

0/10 do not recommend. A joke of a management team in the office. Bugs all outside . dog poop everywhere you look and step. Fly infested . loud neighbors and drug users . Washer dryers flood and smell. You can move out leave your apartment spotless and you still won’t get you deposit back because they claim they charge ever apartment paint and cleaning after which is illegal. Your children cannot use chalk on property or you’ll get a violation and even if another family does it and they don’t like you they’ll still send it you your household. They pick and choose whose family gets violations . 4 families chalked outside and none received a violation. But the one time my kids did they”destructed property. The only reliable people on the team is the maintenance team who go above and beyond to do there job.

There's are large families living in the upper apartments that are extremely loud, leaving letters and emailing management does not do a thing. When we moved in we had to sweep and mop the entire floor it was really disgusting. The walls were not painted there is hairdye and crap all over the bathroom walls. There's mold and a Crack in the shower where it collects water and leaks on to our floor. The washer takes about 4 hours and works only on 1 setting. Asking the manager about this has resulted in no reply. The kids play right outside your bedroom window running around riding bikes where they shouldnt and screaming all day. Its really annoying so if you work odd hours dont plan on getting any sleep. They also run a muck in the parking lit and wait for you to get right next to them then they walk out infront if your car. Someone constantly smokes cigarettes and throws their butts in our parking space and the camera is not faced on it. There's a faucet outside that has a constant fast drip that we asked to have fixed and they did not fix it after saying they did. I hope I'm not paying for that. We pay for security and control access gates which do not work so when I leave to go to work theres always homeless people digging thru the garbage cans and I do not feel safe. I also asked the manager before moving in if there is noise from up above he said no. Turns out its loud constantly.

I had a great experience touring the apartment community. Thomas was very nice and welcoming, and he took the time to show me around the complex thoroughly. He answered my questions and made the whole experience comfortable and pleasant. I really appreciated his professionalism and kindness.

I just began renting here at Artisan Square, located in the Arden Arcade area. As I walked into the apartment, I was met with a beautifully cleaned living room and kitchen. I checked all of the rooms and each is properly cleaned. I see zero mess or causes for worry. I am ecstatic that we are able to live here. Artisan Square was our top target. Management is easy to speak with. Florens is very friendly and provided us with a tour that piqued our interest and Thomas made the lease process and move in accommodations swiftly and with ease. Much appreciated for the smooth transition. Thank you.
