I had to submit a ticket for my AC and Gustavo was very thorough and made sure it was working properly. He even had looked at my refrigerator after a ticket had been closed. He definitely went above and beyond.
0/10 do not recommend. A joke of a management team in the office. Bugs all outside . dog poop everywhere you look and step. Fly infested . loud neighbors and drug users . Washer dryers flood and smell. You can move out leave your apartment spotless and you still won’t get you deposit back because they claim they charge ever apartment paint and cleaning after which is illegal. Your children cannot use chalk on property or you’ll get a violation and even if another family does it and they don’t like you they’ll still send it you your household. They pick and choose whose family gets violations . 4 families chalked outside and none received a violation. But the one time my kids did they”destructed property. The only reliable people on the team is the maintenance team who go above and beyond to do there job.
