The Luxe Apartments

We are disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and professionalism at Luxe Apartments. After several unanswered calls, we visited the office only to be told they were busy until the next day without any attempt to help or schedule a follow up. When we arrived, the staff looked at us blankly, as if our presence was an inconvenience. The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. It gave the impression that assisting prospective tenants was not a priority. Customer service plays a major role in choosing a place to live, and this experience was concerning.

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex, and a big part of that is thanks to the manager, Jose. He is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a difference. I truly appreciate Jose’s dedication and professionalism—he goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and taken care of. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to others
