I moved in about 3 months ago, I was a property manager for 16 years and can have high expectations. Let me tell you, I’ve shopped the market and this is the best bang for your buck, the grounds are immaculate, the staff seems happy to be at work and are all smiling and approachable with an organized office. They recall work orders and what’s going on with my unit and confirm when they see me even if I don’t ask. And let me tell you this is the cleanest most move in ready unit I have ever had! The neighbors are all pleasant and quiet and my packages go untouched if left for days! The outside may seem simple but they spend their money on what matters and keeps the pricing reasonable! It’s also MTM with no adtl fees. I highly recommend this complex

Living at Fair Oaks Apartments was such a great experience, and I just have to give a big shoutout to Rochelle and her awesome team. They were always on top of things, making sure everything was running smoothly and that I was happy with my stay. I felt super safe living there as a young woman on my own, and my studio apartment felt like my own little sanctuary. The maintenance crew was great, always respectful of my space and quick to fix anything that needed attention. The fitness center was a big bonus too, and having laundry facilities on-site made life so much easier. Overall, Fair Oaks Apartments really felt like home, and I'm so grateful to Rochelle and her team for making my time there so enjoyable. Rochelle is clearly committed to delivering a positive living experience for all the residents. Her responsiveness was unparalleled, always addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly. It’s evident that she goes above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. The studio itself was comfortable and spacious. I especially appreciated how quiet it was despite always living next to neighbors and living on a busy street. The studio I resided in had a wall unit for AC/heat, which was simple and effective. Doing laundry at the onsite laundry facilities was also very turnkey. My journey at Fair Oaks Apartments has come to an end recently as I've transitioned to a larger apartment with more amenities to accommodate my growing family. However, I must express my heartfelt appreciation to the entire team. Their professionalism and commitment to resident satisfaction will be greatly missed. If you are looking for an apartment where you can get some bang for your buck and have quality service from property management, then look no further!

The staff is very friendly with a quick response time to service orders. The community was fairly quiet. I've seen packages sit outside the door for days without anyone stealing it, and there were some who were willing to take it in for you upon request. The gate added a level of vehicle security. It was a great living experience for a year and a half. The only slight issue at the time of 2022 was a varying temperature of water, which was generally fixed within 1-3 days if the hot water was out. You have to occasionally cycle the tub to get hotter water running throughout.
