Fountains at Point West

Love the location and area of the apartments. The tour was quick and easy thanks to Mrs. Mondragon she was very descriptive about the rent/bill pricing and availabilities, made everything easy for my fiancé and I to understand as new applicants on top of the welcoming energy we received as soon as we step into the office. Mrs. Mondragon stayed very consistent with my fiancé and I during our application process and we were approved within 48 hours. VERY MUCH BIG-UPS to Mrs. Carla Mondragon and the rest of the staff at The Fountains, I highly recommend for any new & young families this place instantly felt like home

Quiet, clean, and super relaxing complex. The neighbors are friendly but mostly keep to themselves. It’s dog-friendly, but you honestly barely ever hear dogs barking. Carla in the office is amazing and always really helpful. The unit is easily a 9/10 — clean, spacious, and updated.
