I think it is very important that anyone looking at these reviews also looks at Yelp. Most of the google reviews that have them at almost 4 stars are based off the touring and initial interactions with the office. I have lived here for 2 years going on 3 and an tell you the police come here on a regular basis for domestic disputes, my brand new car was broken into and I emailed the office, but never received a reply, there was a hole in the ceiling from poor previous repair and a swarm of ants came out filling my room, the A/C went out of the mid heat of summer and they had me wait about a week before repairing it and gave me a small portable A/C for one room in the home, the shower peels and the faucet in the shower is barely out in place, hidden fees will add up to between 120-150$ extra on top of fees for paying rent and building protection fees, when it rains the roof fills with water that has cause partial ofmy ceiling to come in and fill the walls with water that has had to have repair, and the complex is infested with very large rats that get trapped in the pipes and you can hear them running around in the pipes from the kitchen to the bathroom through the late hours of night. When I first moved in rent was 1668 not including all the other fees and 2 years later it is 1914 not including the fees. Every year rent goes up about 150$. The complex is poorly maintained. I would HIGHLY consider doing as much research as possible before deciding to live here. They are very nice before you become a resident and then everything falls apart once you have been locked in a lease. Good luck! Just got my lease renewal and will be leaving as soon as my lease is up.

I had an amazing experience touring this apartment complex. I was shown both a two and one bedroom option, and both were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The layouts felt very comfortable and functional, and the overall community had a welcoming atmosphere. The person who gave me the tour was incredibly nice and friendly and truly made the experience enjoyable. They were patient, informative, and made me feel at ease the entire time, which really stood out. Overall, this was one of the best apartment tours I’ve had, and I would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live with a friendly, professional staff.

I have been here 5 years and these are some reasons why I stay. I feel the people who work here are dedicated and helpful. Maintenance and gardening are top notch. The 2 pools are in beautiful settings providing options of shade or sun. This location is hard to beat with freeway, bike trail and river access. I love it here!
