I’ve had such a great experience since moving in! Huge thanks to Melanie, who made the entire process incredibly fast and simple. She handled everything professionally and took the stress out of the move was very helpful and caring.

My review was positive at first, but after living here for 3 years, I am extremely disappointed. Every year, the rent has increased significantly, and my rent has now reached $1,978. With utilities, my total monthly cost is around $2,200. This is completely inconsistent with what we were told when we first moved in and also contradicts the pricing displayed on their website. When I raised this concern with the office, I was told that the prices online are not accurate and that actual rates are different. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that residents are not being charged equally—some people pay much less while others pay significantly more for similar units. Because of this unfair pricing practice, many residents have already moved out, and sadly, I will also be moving out soon for the same reason. For reference, I live in a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment.

Willow Grove Apartments is a well-maintained, quiet community with a welcoming atmosphere. Ms. Sara Martinelli is professional, kind, and very helpful—she communicates clearly and makes the move-in process smooth and stress-free.

I've had an overall really good experience at Willow Grove. The community at Willow Grove has been nice. Tenants keep to themselves for the most part. Maintenance does a good job keeping the laundry rooms and grounds clean.
I rated my experience 4/5 stars rather than 5/5 stars because of things that are out of management's control. The parking spaces are a bit tight and there are very limited guest parking spaces at night. Sometimes the laundry rooms are dirty because tenants spilled things onto the ground or used too much laundry products that it overflows. Other tenants may touch your clothes. While these issues aren't directly management’s fault, they still affect the overall living experience.
If I could rate the leasing office separately from the overall Willow Grove apartment experience, I would rate them as 5/5 stars. We had a great experience with the leasing office. Sara has been amazing with all of her help with me and my roommate moving in. The leasing process was really smooth. Any concerns that we had about the apartment unit when we first moved in was explained and addressed. Sara continues to be a great help with any questions that comes up. Thank you so much for having amazing staff and team!

It’s been just over a month since I moved in, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I remember walking into the leasing office on day one and telling Melanie, “I want to live here, I’m manifesting it.” Every team member has impressed me with their personality, assistance, and communication.
The process of getting my apartment was not only smooth, but remarkably fast. Melanie has been a true gem, going above and beyond with emails, calls, and follow-ups to ensure every detail was in place for my move-in. I appreciate her warmth, encouragement, and genuine care throughout the process.
Living here truly feels like being at a resort, with beautiful grounds and various amenities that make coming home a joy. This community wouldn’t be the same without its incredible leasing staff. Reading previous reviews, it seems like I'm copying and pasting my fellow community, but it just demonstrates how amazing and consistent the staff is here. Thank you for making this such a welcoming place to call home!
