I’ve lived at The Phoenix for two years now and I will say maintenance is the best! Especially Ben, he’s so helpful, thorough, and kind. Leanne is also a wonderful assistant manager. Sometimes it’s not what you say but how you say and her customer service is AMAZING. My new unit is also beautiful, I did a transfer and it was thorough and smooth! They also do a lot of raffles for TVs, etc. for Christmas they bought gifts for the kids. They really try to engage with residents in a positive manner.

Hi I'm current resident so here's based on the experience so far the complex is always doing their best to improve the apartments in the best way possible I'm glad I found this while searching for a good place to feel home to and be a part of the office is generous and does their best for us living here and is patient working with us I wish I did n't have my diagnosis so much in the way but I try to enjoy life I hope I can make wonderful memories here as I continue to be here doing my best I can!. Come tour it yourself it has activities and fun amenities for families it has nearby restaurants and gas stations also stores plus a College within a walking distance or a light drive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOOD VIBES, FRIENDLY COMMUNITY & FUN AMENITIES ‼️‼️.

Moved in on new years and this place is pretty cool. Spacious one bedroom with lots of closet space. The amenities are cool I love coming in for coffee in the clubhouse with the espresso bar. The leasing office staff is so nice as well, very welcoming.

I love living here! The only thing that threw me off moving in was the roaches but they went away after simple treatment. I have been staying here for almost a year now and everyone is very nice. The whole experience with everyone at the office was wonderful! If I ever move, I hope for the experience to be like the Pheonix!!!

Living here has been such a positive experience. The community feels welcoming, peaceful, and well-maintained. The staff are always friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever anything is needed, which truly makes a difference. I also love the location — it’s conveniently close to Sac State and downtown Sacramento, which makes getting around so easy. I appreciate how comfortable and safe it feels — it really feels like home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to live in Sacramento.
