I've been a resident at Wexler for several months now, and my experience has been pretty good so far. I chose 4 out of 5 stars because the community offers a lot of value and comfort. The amenities are a definite highlight—the pool area is always clean and well-maintained, and the fitness center is spacious. On the whole, the staff has been responsive; maintenance requests are usually handled quickly. I also appreciate the location; it’s quiet, but still conveniently close to shopping and main roads. The only minor area for improvement is occasional noise transfer between apartments, but it isn't a persistent issue. Overall, it's a great place to live, and I would recommend Wexler to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed apartment community. The experience has been very positive for me.

I’ve been living here for a few weeks now and so far I really like it! The property feels very clean and well maintained. They have a nice gym, clubhouse, and pool. The outdoor area in the gated property is nice as well with grills, designated pet areas, outdoor seating, a fireplace, great landscaping, and more. They definitely earn the name “luxury apartments”. I have loved the events that they’ve had so far. I’m new to the Sac area and living at the Wexler has made me feel welcome. They did a great job with roommate matching, we got along instantly. Overall, I think the Wexler is the best off campus housing for Sac State students from what I’ve seen so far.

Overall a good option for student housing in Sacramento! Good amenities; a gym, pool, clubhouse, and a bunch of study rooms. Rent payment was straightforward and the leasing office was quick to address my maintenance/complaint issues. Cleanliness in shared spaces (trash room, amenities, hallways etc) can be an issue, but this is mostly caused by other residents who aren’t too respectful — pretty common around student housing. One thing that I also took issue with was the parking fees, it’s $100+ a month — you get a space in a parking garage but to me it felt a little steep. Regardless, i’d recommend this space!

I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Wexler Apartments! The building is modern and well-kept, and the amenities like the pool and fitness center are a huge plus. The staff is professional, friendly, and always helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. The location is convenient, close to shops and easy freeway access. Overall, it feels safe, clean, and welcoming. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in Sacramento.

Living at the Wexler has been great, and I definitely recommend it if you’re a student without a car! You are within walkable distance to Target or Grocery Outlet, as well as other eateries. Walking to campus is also a breeze, only two lights to walk to the Hornet Tunnel into campus! The community engagement is great as well as cool amenities. Occasionally there are maintenance issues, but management does their best to fix the situation! Just contact them alongside the request. If you’re looking for someplace to live that’s easy, fun and social, this is a great place!
