We lived in this complex from June 2022 to January 15, 2026.
While the complex was under the previous ownership and the previous manager, we encountered no problems. Everything was organized properly and professionally.
After the change of ownership and the appointment of a new manager, the situation worsened significantly. Issues with parking, payments, and the general attitude toward residents began. Previously, the complex had visitor parking for guests. After the change of ownership, all guest parking spaces were converted to paid parking and rented to residents as additional parking spaces for $100 per month.
When I arrived to discuss the refund of my deposit, I didn't even have a place to park my car. The manager ran out and demanded that I immediately remove my car, threatening to call the police, and then tried to put a warning notice on my car window. There was no constructive dialogue.
Our deposit was $2,000. In the end, we received a refund of $1,118. A $164 payment, previously paid through the app, was deducted from the deposit, and a $400 carpet cleaning fee was included. We have evidence that the carpet in the apartment was completely replaced a few days later, raising serious questions about the validity of the cleaning deduction.
Emails and messages requesting clarification and confirmation of the deducted amounts were not responded to.
Unfortunately, after the change in management, the level of service has significantly declined.
I highly recommend this place for accommodation unless you want problems.

I’ve lived here for 8 years and I’m about to move because I need an extra room for our growing family. Overall, I’ve been very happy with how things are managed, especially since Raquel became our manager.
Raquel has been awesome from day one. She’s made sure there are no roaches and even gets her hands dirty to get the place cleaned up when needed. She’s been incredibly responsive and easy to deal with, which has made a big difference in my experience here.
The townhomes are nice, and for long-term residents it would be great if the owners updated the units more often. It would make a big difference in overall satisfaction.
It’s nice to see kids playing in the area, and I appreciate that there are enforced hours for children playing to minimize noise and conflicts. That setup has helped.
One frustration has been the rent going up again without noticeable improvements to the property. I also liked that parking was previously included for visitors and I understand the shift to a paid parking model. It was chaotic with some guests occupying spots for days and people who weren’t contributing using them, so the enforcement is a relief even if the change was abrupt at first. It’s been a solid move to reduce chaos, and I’m grateful for the management’s approach to solving the issue.
In short, Raquel is fantastic and has made a real positive impact. The property is solid, and with some updates to units this is an optimal prime location spot for anyone wanting to move in. I would recommend. No matter where you go there’s always room for growth to some degree. There are way more pros here than cons. Thank you The Point Townhomes team for all you do! Maintenance etc your hard work has been noticed and I appreciate each and everyone of you.
Sincerely,
Sondra
