We lived in this complex from June 2022 to January 15, 2026. While the complex was under the previous ownership and the previous manager, we encountered no problems. Everything was organized properly and professionally. After the change of ownership and the appointment of a new manager, the situation worsened significantly. Issues with parking, payments, and the general attitude toward residents began. Previously, the complex had visitor parking for guests. After the change of ownership, all guest parking spaces were converted to paid parking and rented to residents as additional parking spaces for $100 per month. When I arrived to discuss the refund of my deposit, I didn't even have a place to park my car. The manager ran out and demanded that I immediately remove my car, threatening to call the police, and then tried to put a warning notice on my car window. There was no constructive dialogue. Our deposit was $2,000. In the end, we received a refund of $1,118. A $164 payment, previously paid through the app, was deducted from the deposit, and a $400 carpet cleaning fee was included. We have evidence that the carpet in the apartment was completely replaced a few days later, raising serious questions about the validity of the cleaning deduction. Emails and messages requesting clarification and confirmation of the deducted amounts were not responded to. Unfortunately, after the change in management, the level of service has significantly declined. I highly recommend this place for accommodation unless you want problems.
