The Marshall St. Louis

I recently toured The Marshall St. Louis, and I absolutely fell in love with everything! From the beautiful apartment interiors to the incredible amenities, I was impressed from start to finish. The staff made the experience even better. Annie, Quinn, and Layla were all amazing during my tour and took the time to answer every question I had. Property Manager Karoline also came out to introduce herself and was so welcoming and helpful. Everyone made me feel right at home, and I can truly see myself living here. The sense of community and hospitality stood out to me, and I can’t wait to sign my lease. Highly recommend touring The Marshall St. Louis if you’re looking for your next home!

I’ve had a really great experience living here! The staff and management are always friendly and helpful, and I usually get a response to any questions within 24 to 48 hours. Having on-site maintenance and after-hours emergency maintenance is also a huge plus. The building stays clean, tons of study rooms, fun resident events, secure parking, and the courtyard is great during the summer. The location is super convenient and within walking distance of SLU, the Foundry, and Fresh Thyme. Honestly, I’m always surprised when I see some of the one-star reviews because that has not been my experience at all, prob more to those stories lol. No place is perfect, but I’ve really enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend it! I have already renewed for next year.
