Living here is a delight..you’ll see how gorgeous everything is and all the staff are friendly and quick to address anything! Great safe area too. Security is appreciated as no one can come up the elevator without a fob.

Alexandra was absolutely amazing throughout the entire leasing process. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. She communicated clearly, answered all of my questions, and made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Thanks to her dedication and effort, I was able to get approved, and I truly couldn’t have done it without her help. Alexandra went above and beyond, and I highly recommend working with her to anyone looking for a place—they’ll be in great hands.

When first contacted Atlas Alvarado for a tour, Tariah was very personable and accommodating. The tour felt very welcoming and the property is stunning. From the application process and approval, I worked with Natasha, Tariah, and Alexandra, they were very hands on and consistent with updates and if anything was needed. Once the good news was received that we have been approved, the move in process was easy. All the information of our new home was presented very nicely and in detail with the welcome packet. Our unit was beautiful and we received a welcome gift which was such a surprise! Definitely made us feel "at home". I can't rave enough of Natasha and her staff, it has been great meeting everyone and the resident events are a fun way to meet the Atlas Alvarado community. If there are any issues the Maintenance team is very prompt, detailed, and nice. The leasing agents are always with a smile and accommodating with any questions/concerns one may have. Atlas Alvarado has honestly been such a good place to live. The location is super convenient right by SDSU and the freeway so getting around is easy, but it still feels calm and not hectic. The building is really nice, with solid amenities like the gym, pool, and study spots that actually come in handy. Maintenance is quick whenever something comes up, and the place is kept clean. Big shoutout to Natasha in the office she was awesome from the first tour to move in. She always answers questions fast and makes everything way less stressful. Also sunsets are unbeatable.

100% would recommend! From start to finish the staff was helpful , friendly & hard workers ! Tariah was Phenomenal she has great communication skills super sweet & a vibe! Honestly all of the staff are just as great as well. While you’re moving heavy stuff they offer you a cart to assist you if you choose and if it’s available! I was taking groceries upstairs after moving and the maintenance manager I believe hector saw me and went and retrieved his own cart to help me take my groceries upstairs! They make this home feel like a community! I appreciate all of their hard work! The icing on the cake is the fact that these apartments are top tier luxury! From the pool area to the state of the art gym & game room! It’s a BEAUTY! ❤️
