Smooth and easy application process. Very modern and updated area, has two pools with grill areas , a sauna and two gyms. My kids love the big room they have too. Lake Murray is near by with trails and fishing, Good family area if ur looking for a space with kids!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Palmilla Apartments. From start to finish, the application process was quick, smooth, and straightforward. We were especially grateful to be able to move into our apartment just one day after our application was finalized and approved — the turnaround time was truly impressive. The apartment itself is very roomy and comfortable, which made the transition even better for us. It truly feels like a place we can settle into and enjoy. Chris was incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience. He was professional, responsive, and made sure we understood each step of the process. During a time when things can often feel stressful, the team made everything feel simple and manageable. We’re very thankful for the support and efficiency we received and would absolutely recommend Palmilla Apartments to anyone looking for a seamless leasing experience.

I can’t recommend Chris highly enough! He has been absolutely incredible to work with and truly goes above and beyond in every possible way. When I had roof issues, Chris handled everything quickly and professionally despite unfortunate timing. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a smooth and manageable process because he stayed on top of it, communicated clearly, and made sure the repairs were done right. While I cannot account for others who had roof issues in their units, he made sure the issue was fully resolved for mine especially since my wife has a major disability. I cannot thank him enough for this! On top of that, he was extremely helpful and understanding when it came to rent adjustments. He took the time to listen to my concerns, treated me with respect, and worked toward a fair solution. It’s rare to find someone who is both professional and genuinely compassionate. Chris is responsive, reliable, and truly cares about the people he’s helping. If you’re looking for someone who stands behind their word and delivers outstanding service, Chris is your person. Manager was very professional, knowledgeable and patient while attending to my apartment search needs. The property overall was nice, clean and staff seemed to be great collaborators. I am scheduled to for move in in less than two weeks and really looking forward to calling Mar at Cottonwood my home.

This place recently changed hands and went downhill fast. They said they would take away some parking spots for 4 days for some "roof work," and several months later there are still several spots we cant use under threat of being towed for the black mold and asbestos removers we were never told anything about. They are still taking away more parking and doing more work with no information to residents. Of course there is more parking they would be happy to charge you for. Run away!!!!!!
