Literally the worst apartments ever.... Lived there for years....Almost every week I will get a message saying the water is shut off... Constantly having people break into my car, Always have people just hanging out in the garage Who are not even attending cars Just looking at, you get out yours.. Maybe 15% of the tenants even speak english. Elevator stay trashed. And there's no real working number for this apartment complex. You have to basically send a message, and hopefully they get back to you in a timely manner... I would never advise anyone to live here

Apartment has a rat infestation. I made management aware multiple times. All they could do is set a few traps in my house. The rat made a hole in my bathroom wall which I had to block for months before they repaired it. I purchased my own poison, placed it in the hole and covered it with a piece of wood.

If I could give it zero stars. I would. It was a never ending nightmare from the moment my lease was supposed to begin. My roommates and I arrived ready to move into our unit only to be told, come back tomorrow it’s not ready. for over a month straight. as consolation they eventually put us up in another open unit until ours was ready bc we were out of options at that point. we actively had a lease that was set to start and security deposit. the whole time they just kept saying it would be ready tomorrow. the day we were supposed to move into our unit we showed up again to the office but this time to find it locked with two people we had never seen inside. the people were the upper levels of the management company that was running the property at the time, they sat in the office with the doors locked while we knocked and pounded and pleaded. eventually they let us in and we explained that we were supposed to move in that day and that we had a lease that started a month sooner. they informed us that the person we had been working with prior had been fired. we were honestly hopeful at that point bc they seemed motivated to get us into our unit. until they asked about the security deposit and we informed them we paid it…. and we slowly figured out that the former landlord stole the money. we never heard again where that money ended up. while living there we had roaches, my car was hit in the parking lot twice, there was constantly yelling and screaming, music playing, people standing in the hallways screaming talking and worst of all fighting for hours, very very violently fighting at times. laundry room was absolutely disgusting and a homeless man was living in it and leaving needles around. my bedroom window faced a stairwell so i had no privacy and people regularly would stand outside of my window watching me, like i was an animal in a zoo. I had curtains, blinds and privacy film and still, at any chance they got people would deliberately peek through even the tiniest of cracks. not just one or two peeping toms but groups of people, families and even children, watching me sleep, work and watch tv. the lack of respect for others was something like i’d never witnessed. there were awful roaches that never went away even when we had pest control come. every time maintenance had to come they were rude, condescending and completely and utterly useless. never once did they actually fix a problem they were called for, they would just explain to me why it couldn’t be fixed and leave and never come back. the water was shut off for the entire building AT LEAST once a week for up to 5-6 hours at a time with no notice. once they left us without water over night no notice, not even an email or a text. the complex is dirty, not just messy or in need or a little cleaning, like i said it is VERY infested with roaches. the exterminator said they would never really fully go away because they’re infesting the entire building. we were EXTREMELY clean, food fully sealed 24/7 regularly bleaching down everything in sight and nothing helped. we would leave a plate of food for 5 minutes to cool off and by the time we would sit to eat it the roaches would be in it. they were in my tv and computer, in my picture frames even. like i said the exterminator came…. TWICE. my roommates and i asked several times what the move out process was, if there were any fees etc and we asked if we would get our security deposit back since it was stolen. they were incredibly rude to us about it. they told us there was nothing to say or do for move out. the girls in the office pretty much just stared at me until they started yelling at me for asking about the security deposit being stolen. a full month after move out we received checks for less then our security deposit with no explanation as to why. i have a feeling it was stolen by the former employee and the company didn’t want to come up with the money they owed us. they also charged us several “move out” fees that we were never informed of. & trash fees were $200 a month. which i find odd.

Literally the worst apartment to ever live at. Everything promised was NOT delivered, and it’s disgusting. Management sucks, apartment sucks, laundry sucks, and about almost everything sucks. To add, the move out process was awful. And they STOLE over a thousand dollars from my roommates and I. They are trying to charge us for “damages” when they can’t even provide a listed receipt for the damages. It is ridiculous. My roommates and I have sought out legal help. Don’t recommend living here. ALRJANDRA and LEAH will be the managers of the complex. I’ve literally had access to all tenants information and lease agreements (I have that on video) due to Leah leaving the tenants information available to see by the public. They have a RAMPID ROACH PROBLEM and I’ve emailed over 15 times and came in. They refuse to do anything without work orders. -MY WORK ORDERS DONT WORK BECAUSE LEAH AND ALEJANDRA DONT SEND ME MY RESET LINK TO USE THEM. So what work orders can I make? None obviously. My apartment HAS FLOODED 5 times from a faulty dishwasher and they refuse to do anything, my bathroom smells of mold and I’ve contacted them about this before (they said just keep the bathroom door open) my master hot cold water doesn’t properly work, EVEN MY FRONT DOOR LOCK DOESNT WORK AND THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT. NEIGHBORS RUN WILD. Noise complaints do nothing. THEY WILL CHANGE OR CANCEL SECURITY WITHOUT NOTIFYING TENANTS. The maintenance man Thomas said they as management should be able to put in a work order THEMSELVES if mine doesn’t work or if I don’t want to but they blatantly refuse. They will try to lock tenants out of the office and gym they pay for as well if they don’t want to deal with you. They will tell you what they can do. KNOW YOUR LEASE AND KNOW Know your rights. They tried not giving me another parking spot when I legally pay for 3 br and In California all 3 br dwellings must come with 2 spaces. I have multiple places of living and this one is THE VERY WORST. Literally I dread of having issues or coming here. Literally every time they have an excuse on why they won’t do their job. Cheryl won’t do anything or contact anyone.
