My honest rate is less than 1 star. Moved out in January 2026. This place is the worst, to say the least. We lived on the 3rd floor, which was nice, but honestly that was the only positive thing.
People don’t put trash inside the trash chute correctly. It got so bad that the office had to remove the trash cans by the elevators because residents kept leaving their garbage on the floor. Even after that, people still continued to leave trash outside the chute.
The hallways echo every sound, which is awful when you have inconsiderate tenants throughout the building playing loud music or having phone conversations on speaker. Not to mention the arguments from other tenants, the child screaming on the 3rd floor for no reason, and the constant banging on the shared wall from our next‑door neighbor. We never had a moment of peace.
Some more things that are wrong with this place: overnight fire alarms (which seem to have gotten slightly better), water being turned off almost every week because the pipes are “being worked on,” loud and inconsiderate tenants, the smell of weed in the hallways and parking lot, and if you live near the dumpster, you will definitely hear homeless people rummaging through the trash at night.
The laundry room almost always has broken machines, and when the machines aren’t broken, the dryers don’t dry well. You end up paying for another round just to get your clothes actually dry.
Also, the amount of notices you get on your door weekly is insane — an email would do the job. Even then, sometimes they forget to inform you of important things. For example, they turned off the water from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve and didn’t tell us until I called it in. We received the email at 12:00 p.m. Yup, that is just one of many stories we have from living here.
Honestly, the list goes on and on…

Stay far away from this place, moved out September of 2025 and made sure I paid the final rent. Received letter saying I owed rent and payment for damage to counters, funny cause that exact damage was noted on my move-in inspection. Long story short I'm glad I kept the receipt from the cashier's check and a copy of the move-in inspection both of which were given to the front office. I'm guessing one of the ladies in the front office is pulling something shady because their parent company is now harassing me saying I owe them what was already paid with the check they cashed, so to anyone looking to move here just be cautious.

Aside of tenets who live at there choice if they wana shower or not or unconsiderent people which are everywhere ! location is central everything is walking distance , front office is very helpful & there’s never any crime or police interaction. You can’t control how others live but you can control how you live . The inside of the units are spacious and for the price they are listed for it’s reasonable . Jacuzzi always clean so it pool what else do you want ? 2 last years have been good thank you Esperanza and nena for your help !

If you’re in military and lived in barracks and ever thought to yourself this place sucks.. this place is worse. It’s like living in a ghetto dorm where people don’t put trash inside the trash chute correctly and the place will crawl with coach roaches. The door to the apartment didn’t have a stopper so I had to buy that to help stop the raid. There’s always something going on with this place, nonstop fire alarms, faucets turning off, it’s so bad. Get use to 5 flyers on your apartment door to be alarmed what to expect. Don’t live near the dumpster side, obnoxious and at one point there were homeless folks that would make a lot of noise rummaging at night through it & a welder is out there at days end making blaring sounds. Which is unfortunate because not only do I have a baby, I cannot get a break from it all with the constant noise. Also the stinky hallways echo every sound any one makes it’s worse than the military barracks here in my opinion. Only plus side is you get some bah money left and don’t stay with roommates from military. But it’s ghetto here. Trust me, they don’t warn you about the upside down plugs, how the room doesn’t even have a light, fan, or air conditioning and management can be so rude unless you catch them on a good day or first signing that lease. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they lowered the cost of living here because it’s been that traumatic here for me. The list goes on..

The faucets in the bathrooms are on backwards so you have to turn to cold water for hot.The carpets were advertised as brand new but when vacuumed, other people’s hair was pulled out of it.The shower head is tall enough for someone under 5’6.Flies, cockroaches and spiders enter your unit due to the cracks between the seals in the windows and balcony doors. We received notice that the apartment had a cockroach infestation. They took a day to spray and seal the apartment.Cockroaches were still found in our unit.Notices were given that we were exposed to chemicals that caused cancer, birth defects, and sterilization. The trash is only collected once a week but never completely collected.Trash chutes are located on every floor, yet we can never find one that is not stuffed with trash.Tennants place their bags outside the chutes, filling the hallways with a rancid odor and swarms of flies. We found an opening in the wall near the rubber trim where spiders had made their home.We could assume that a fly had laid eggs in the gap, because we woke up to clouds of flies around our unit.It took over a month to kill the flies, and the complex took no action. If you reside on the first floor you have a wonderful view of dogs relieving themselves without their owners cleaning it up.This does nothing to help the smell,or the flies, and the only saving grace at this unit was Hector. He was out in the pet station every morning cleaning up,making sure the hallways were as nice as possible. We had a total of 23 water shut offs in the year we occupied this unit.Management claims they are making valve repairs, but this is a transparent way to cut down on water use. This property tells you they pay for water, but they shut off the water every two weeks for 9 hrs. They give you a one day notice but never let you know when a flyer is taped to your door. This means no showers, bathroom, laundry, dishes,or drinking water. The tap water turns cloudy and the showers sputter to freezing cold frequently. Laundry must be paid for out of pocket, and the laundry room is constantly down for days on end.We did get new machines with a fancy tap card system, but it took weeks to finish with no access to the machines, only half of them actually worked. The others took money off your tap card but never started. The parking lot is the worst feat of planning I have laid eyes on.The parking spaces are only big enough for small vehicles.Vans, trucks, and SUVs have no business trying to park here, unless you buy two spaces.People must assist you in backing out of any space if there are cars parked around you. When management requests to work on the parking lot they do not give you an alternate spot to park your car. These spaces are $50 a month not included in the leasing price and paid separately from your rent. The pet station is accessible to the public, there is a path from the pet station to the inside of the apartment.Although the door should be locked from the outside it is always propped open with a rock.I have seen randoms walk into the pet station at night. One morning a convict attempted to break into my room from my window. He walked through the pet station and up to my vulnerable window at 6am.Anastaia assured me that there was nothing that they could do since the path was used to give tenants tours of the complex. The codes for the doors never work,so your packages are always being deferred to a pickup facility. There was a mass shooter living on the third floor, who was raided and shot dead by the police one random night. The complex attempted to cover it up and never offered any compensation for the noise and inconvenience. Our house key went mysteriously missing one night then four days later showed up on our doorstep. We contacted the front office who assured us that it wasn’t them, but refused to show us the security camera footage from right outside our unit. For almost $36,000 a year, you can find a MUCH better place that at least cares about your safety and well being.
THEY HAVE HAD THESE ISSUES SINCE 2017!!!! RUN AWAY!
