Canyon View Apartments

Nice and quiet apartments but the parking situation is horrible and a mess. There is no parking available after 11:00pm. Even the visitor spots are taken. Management should find a way to guarantee spots for everyone instead of adding on more stress to tenants who get home late and are not able to find a spot!

Today is my last day in the best apartment complex I have seen while in San Diego. My experience in this place over the last two and a half years was nothing short of spectacular! The initial main attractions were from the price, very affordable with all the amenities you could want. After the initial visit I realized there was more to this place, I wake up every day with an amazing view, the complex itself is extremely beautiful and the location is within walking distance from a grocery store it seemed perfect. The last thing to consider was the staff, we have all dealt with harsh and greedy landlords. HOWEVER this is not the case everyone is very kind and proactive, I find myself excited to interact with anyone working here. The main office is extremely caring and very welcoming, even the maintenance workers and grounds keeper are very friendly. I will truly miss this amazing Home and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for comfort. Thank you for an amazing 2+years here!

I had the pleasure of living at Canyon View Apartments for nearly a year, and I can confidently say it was the highlight of my time in San Diego. Throughout my entire stay, I never encountered any issues or difficulties. The views were absolutely breathtaking, the amenities were top-notch, and the neighborhood offered the perfect balance of convenience and charm. To top it off, I was fortunate to have incredibly friendly and welcoming neighbors. A special shout-out to the apartment management and the service team, whose dedication made my stay so enjoyable. I’d like to personally thank Devon from the service department, as well as Rachel and Amber from the management team—each of them went above and beyond to ensure my experience was as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. New management! The new front office staff are super friendly and helpful with whatever you need, and the maintenance team are incredible here and very responsive! They're doing everything they can to fix what the old management had. It's an ideal location if you enjoy hiking since Cowles mountain is a 3 minute walk away. The rent here is decent for the location as well as the security. There is a small gym and a pool here, but if you're looking for bigger gains, there is a 24 hour fitness down the road about a 7 minute drive. There is on-site parking and 99% of the time there are numerous spots available. Low crime rate area as well, barely ever hear sirens, so it's a peaceful little complex.
