Small complex , Bald Maintenance guy walks around mad dawging. Pipe broke above shower, got mold, told them and they told me just to keep my bathroom door open and it will go away, never did. Lived months with mold in the bathroom because of lack of Maintenance Technician experience. Also they will take most of your security deposit to repaint kitchen cabinets that were super crappy in the first place, with trash left from previous tenants. If a light bulb is burnt out they will buy a whole new light fixture and charge you. Absolutely criminal landlords/Maintenance guys.

We just moved in so can't speak to how actually living here is, but the unit is very nice, and Harmoni at the front desk really went above and beyond the call of duty to help make our move-in experience as smooth as possible. We hit a bunch of bumps along the way and she did everything possible to resolve the issues and facilitate our move.

We have been living in the complex towards our fifth year and I really love this place and area. First, I feel safe here , not only inside the community but also outside. Its quiet and most of the tenants as far as I know are calm people. I have been walking my dogs(before) dog even at night (8:30pm) and I don’t feel scared at all. I like smaller community because that means not a lot of guests/visitors coming in and out. The surroundings are neat and clean . Thanks to our maintenance manager, Enrique for keeping it well and being attentive also to our requests. We live in a two bedroom apartments with two bathrooms and I consider it spacious enough. We hardly had any maintenance problems. I consider the price of our unit reasonable. I have some blessings during our stay in this apartment. I will surely miss the trails just in front of our complex and the canyons and Cowles mountains when we decide to leave. I believe that the management of this complex deserve to be acknowledged for their good work. I hope they won’t raise the price of the units.

I moved out November of last year and noticed a super low rating here and wanted to give my two cents. The application can be confusing for some but seems to be the standard for everywhere: you pay a fee to apply for each 18+ person in your family. There is also a screening process and fees for pets. If your Credit Score doesn't suck, you only pay a few hundred bucks for a deposit, as opposed to a full month's rent, which is a huge bonus. The place itself is great. It has a 24/7 gym and sauna and a pool and hot tub. The pool is not so great - usually covered in bugs even soon after they clean it. Hot tub was awesome. The place itself is quietly tucked away and walkable to a nice neighborhood park and is the cheapest place that'll accept any breed of dog. It was absolutely perfect while we lived here. My only issue were with one annoyed neighbor so I can't ding this place for some person being a whole jerk.

Deserves a zero star review. I contacted this apartment agency as a potential future resident. I scheduled an appointment with them to tour a model unit. Turns out, if you are 15 mins late, they won't show you the apartment on that day even if they're sitting doing pretty much nothing in the leasing office. The person in the leasing office was extremely rude, impolite and lacking completely in professionalism. It is a mystery how such individuals are hired and are representing their business units. Do not waste your time at this place. It's not going to amount to anything positive. It will be a waste of time, energy and money if nothing more. Read other reviews as well that are saying the exact same thing.
