This apartment building is pretty decent for what it is. The units come with a couch, a TV, and fans in the rooms, which makes it feel a little more move-in ready than most places. Nothing super fancy, but it’s nice not having to worry about basic furniture right away. The vibe is pretty chill, and it’s a solid setup if you’re looking for something simple and functional. The best part is how close it is to campus, it makes getting to class way less of a hassle.

Cerca has the best location on campus for housing! The building is modern and I haven’t had any issues with it. There’s a nice lounge, study rooms, and a fitness room right in the building which is really convenient.

It’s a good place to live on campus. Nice location and easy to get in and out off. It’s a bit on the pricier side compared to other locations on and around campus but so far I’ve been having a good time!

this building is run by the GREEDIEST, most useless management i’ve ever dealt with. they do the bare minimum, if that. mail takes forever, management changes every year, and this year’s team is by far the worst. brennan is extremely unhelpful. the girl in the office is nice, but let’s be real—they don’t actually do anything for tenants. they only care about money. the apartments are small and cramped. random roommate matching is a disaster. if there’s a noise issue, pests—they won’t do a thing. i’ve complained. so have other people. nothing ever gets fixed. you’re on your own here. the only person who actually works and cares is Craig the maintenance guy. he deserves a raise and a better building to work for. and all the good reviews? yeah, they give out gift cards for those. don’t get it twisted. this place used to fill up FAST—now they’re literally begging people to sign leases and offering “specials.” wonder why… 🙃 honestly, the only thing you’re paying for is proximity to campus. that’s it. last year’s management actually tried to help people out and make life easier. this year? nothing but lies, excuses, and corporate greed. if they can save you a dollar, they won’t.

Great place to live. Very cute apartment setup that comes with an actually comfortable couch and nice kitchen. The staff are friendly and often throw events in the lobby. The lobby also has study rooms and a small gym attached where you can workout without walking to the crowded one on campus. It’s also got a cheap vending machine with Coke products 🙌. I recommend living here as it’s nice and a great location for SDSU students.
