Lived here for 2yrs, great location for UW students, bus 45 is right across the street. 2 blocks away from Safeway. It comes with the furnitures which made it really easy for international students like me to move in. Move out is also pretty smooth and I got the full deposit back within a month. I did run into quite a bit of trouble with the circuit breakers in the first month and the maintenance team basically had to replace half of the breakers in my studio. Just be aware that might be a potential issue with your apartment. Occasional power / water / hot water outage, probably 2-3 times a year? Hot water outage tend to last for a few days. Never had my packages stolen…seems to be pretty nice for an apartment on the Ave? A lot of changes in the management team and they were rarely onsite. I’d recommend to simply reach out to their China based team via WeChat / WhatsApp - they are way more responsive and helpful than the local team.
