I only lived here for a 6 month period but thoroughly enjoyed it and wish I could have stayed longer. Everyone who worked there was super kind and helpful, I really liked the amenities, and the location in Fremont is the best part of Seattle that I've lived in.

I'm coming up on my 5th year of living here with no plans to move anytime soon as I love it here so much. The location is fantastic, the building is so well maintained, but the thing that does it for me is the crew keeping it running. The entire leasing team, led by Annalisa who is a star, have always gone above and beyond to help me with anything I need. The team here is so great I even moved my mother into the building (which I hope says a lot) and she loves it as well. She came from a building where leasing agents worked off site and getting a hold of someone was impossible so this was a welcome change. Also huge shoutout to Neville the maintenance supervisor who is unbelievably fast and keeps my apartment in amazing shape with almost no wait time. I'm very happy to call this place home and I recommend it to people whenever I get the chance.

Just moved in to Bowman a couple weeks ago. I have nothing but great things to say. The office staff, including Annalisa, Salena and Michael have been so helpful and a great resource for information about the community. I love my new home, and my dog loves the amazing roof top dog run! Nothing but great things to report, wish it could be more than 5 stars! :-)

I just moved into Bowman recently, and my experience has been deeply disappointing. The leasing team assigned me a street-facing noisy ground floor unit without disclosing this during the leasing process Also, no parking pass was prepared even though I already paid for parking, no Luxer account access, and no clear information on trash or anything helpful. When I reached out for help, staff seemed new and unprepared, and there was no proper move in inspection or follow up

I’ve had a great experience with both the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager here and Facilities Manager. They’ve been patient, professional, and genuinely supportive through every change and transition in the building. They treat residents with respect and kindness, and it’s clear they care about the community they manage and YOU as a resident and honestly, you don’t come across that often. I really appreciate everything they’ve done. Their honesty, commitment to the community and residents, and open line of communication make this place what it is.
