I only lived here for a 6 month period but thoroughly enjoyed it and wish I could have stayed longer. Everyone who worked there was super kind and helpful, I really liked the amenities, and the location in Fremont is the best part of Seattle that I've lived in.

I'm coming up on my 5th year of living here with no plans to move anytime soon as I love it here so much. The location is fantastic, the building is so well maintained, but the thing that does it for me is the crew keeping it running. The entire leasing team, led by Annalisa who is a star, have always gone above and beyond to help me with anything I need. The team here is so great I even moved my mother into the building (which I hope says a lot) and she loves it as well. She came from a building where leasing agents worked off site and getting a hold of someone was impossible so this was a welcome change. Also huge shoutout to Neville the maintenance supervisor who is unbelievably fast and keeps my apartment in amazing shape with almost no wait time. I'm very happy to call this place home and I recommend it to people whenever I get the chance.
