I recently moved into Broadstone Vin and would like to recognize Braden - Head of Building Operations. He was very knowledgeable and super helpful. He went out of his way to assist me and facilitated a smooth and flawless move. And he's an awesome person! Shout out to Braden!

I recently moved in and had a wonderful experience; Olivia was pivotal in streamlining the process and helped make the experience welcoming and stress-free. When an issue arose with parking prior to my signing the lease, she worked to find alternatives. Her effort and follow-through in finding a workaround were key to my selecting Broadstone Vin. Since I’ve moved in, she has continued to be very welcoming, friendly, and helpful in ensuring that my questions are answered. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the residents she works with. I’m grateful to have people like her in this community; I highly recommend working with Olivia.

Showed up for a scheduled tour at 4pm today and waited at the door for 20 minutes, after calling the leasing office multiple times, it’s clear there was no staff there. Total waste of time and definitely wouldn’t want to live there from that experience.

Updated review:
We recently moved out but I wanted to take a moment to recognize Braden (from maintenance) and also the management team. They were wonderful throughout our time here. Braden was always quick, kind, and reliable whenever something came up, and the office staff were consistently professional and responsive.
The building is a good temporary place to live, well maintained, and in a convenient location. It was disappointing that corporate did not meet our requests and seemed more focused on their own policies than on keeping good tenants. The on-site team, however, truly made our experience positive.

Previous review:
The management (Haili) and service team (Herman and Garrett) are incredible! They all go above and beyond in their roles and ensure a positive and helpful attitude. Any time we need to contact them for help or need to speak about a concern, we always know we are in good hands and the issue/concern will be resolved.
Haili is one of the major reasons why we took this apartment--we loved her energy and dedication to her work and as an advocate for the tenants. Herman and Garrett have a wonderful mentor-mentee relationship and it shows in the outcome of their high-quality work also. It is a pleasure getting to know them in the past month we have been here and we're looking forward all of the community events with our neighbors and the Broadstone Vin team!

I’ve only lived here at the Vin for just a couple of days, but I’m really happy with my decision to move here.
First off, the demeanor of the residents that I’ve met or seen seems to be the same as me, like we all made the right choice. As far of the units are concerned they are beautiful. Really nice finishes throughout the building and extending down to the street view. Very mature designs. The rooftop is stunning, with a view of Lake Union and the South Lake Union skyline.
The location of this property is ideal for me, I can access any part of Seattle within minutes. You can walk to or bike to a ton of great restaurants and breweries, and it’s really close to the Woodland Park Zoo with Green Lake right there. Adjacent to the Vin is Fremont and Gas Works Park on one side and along the canal in the other direction is Salmon Bay. Close by is the Sunday Fremont market with great booths and a ton of choices.
I highly recommend The Broadstone Vin for your next apartment. I’ve seen dozens of properties in the past several months and you can’t lose here. The staff (Rafael and Dustin) have also been so polite and professional with me, making the move-in that much easier. Oh, forgot to mention that the gym will be up and running in just a few days and looks like state of the art equipment. Since my unit is packed with boxes I’ll be updating with pics soon, in the meantime here are some property pics. Enjoy. The little pink circle pic from the sky is the location of the Vin. Great huh. No… I’m not a paid or compensated spokesperson, and I’m not an employee either.
