I recently moved in and had a wonderful experience; Olivia was pivotal in streamlining the process and helped make the experience welcoming and stress-free. When an issue arose with parking prior to my signing the lease, she worked to find alternatives. Her effort and follow-through in finding a workaround were key to my selecting Broadstone Vin. Since I’ve moved in, she has continued to be very welcoming, friendly, and helpful in ensuring that my questions are answered. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the residents she works with.
