We toured this property with Blaine, who was so kind and welcoming. He gave clear and detailed explanations for everything and made this the most engaging tour I went on out of all 4 apartment complexes I visited. He was also friendly with many residents as we walked through the halls, making the whole place seem like a community. The buildings themselves were clean and well secured, and the floor plans were nice and pretty affordable. I ultimately chose to rent somewhere else closer to work, but my experience touring here really stood out and made a lasting impact. Just wanted to point out Blaine’s excellence :)

New to the Greenlake area! But my experience has been great so far. I noticed the property had multiple staff changes with management so before I signed, I took the time to meet with Angela and she assured me this was a safe place to be welcomed into Seattle. The location is perfect, right across the lake & can't wait for Summer.
