You're guaranteed to move next year. Iron Flats management and owners ensure that your life isn't easy, from constantly broken parking garage doors to massive increases in rent and parking, I would avoid for new residents. Tour the location during rush hour, you can hear the highway from inside of every unit with the windows closed. We had to buy blackout curtains for the bedroom to drown out the noise. They increased parking by 17% and rent by 8%. The utilities aren't cheap either, adding an extra $170 per month for a trash service that you are required to pay for. The same service they will yell at residents for not bringing their trashcan in after 9am. The parking garage door has been broken on and off for months, adding an extra 5 minutes to loop through the entire garage. Management never once offered a discount to residents who had to add this extra time and annoyance. Loud neighbors; we can hear people screaming both inside and outside the building, one night even having someone run through the halls yelling and banging on the front doors of units. Management said nothing after this incident and offered no solutions to prevent it in the future. This management team is a joke. Update: I called them, they didn’t do anything and they still haven’t given back my deposit after 40 days in violation of RCW 59.18.280.
