My apartment is cozy and well laid out, and Percy is an excellent manager who’s always responsive and on top of things. I definitely recommend Hawthorne to anyone looking for a comfortable place in a great area.
Hawthorne has been under new management since Feb. 2025, and is much improved in contrast with the comments posted before then. Percy, the new property manager, did a stellar job in helping me navigate my move from a different state. His service could not have been better. The apartment I rented was cleaner than anywhere else I've lived. Same for the rest of the property. Basic services function great, and Percy responds ASAP whenever I have a question or need some help from him.
